approach – then go elsewhere – Dr
Phil (author) kicks your butt into action!
if you want a kind of ‘boot-camp’ approach
– this is your book.
did like this book, and I did learn things about myself
– but I kind of felt a little ‘battered’
by the end of the book – like I’d really
been through ‘boot-camp’ therapy!
my conclusion? Not for the feint-hearted.
if you have tried other self-help books and found
them to be a bit too ‘soft’, try this
book – it works – but be prepared to ‘stop
if you prefer a less ‘tough’ approach
try Dr Phil’s ‘Self
Matters’ or Robert De Board’s ‘Counselling
