DEPRESSION
AND EXERCISE seem to go well together and
exercise has been shown to help lift depression.
This
one is
a hard one for CFS sufferers, since exercise
is difficult, exhausting and can often set
you back.
If
you cannot tolerate exercise then consider
perhaps doing some simple yoga stretches.
They don't require too much energy and you
can do them at your own pace - as much or
as little as you like.
But
many CFS sufferers are not able to manage
even that, so don't push yourself - listen
to your body.
However,
some CFS sufferers are able to exercise
a little without experiencing any setbacks.
And
for Fibromyalgia sufferers the right exercise
can be extremely beneficial.
So
if you suffer from DEPRESSION AND EXERCISE
can be tolerated then you might find that
it helps to lift your depression.
