Why Depression Books ?
Depression can be a very real symptom of ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
and Fibromyalgia. Yet it’s often pushed aside, overlooked
or even ignored. But that will just make you feel worse - and it
can make it even more difficult for you to recover
from ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia. So
do try to get the help you need, especially on the emotional side.
Personally, I found that reading depression books (like
the ones reviewed above) helped a lot when I suffered from depression
as a symptom of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Post Viral Fatigue
Syndrome.
Thankfully, I no longer suffer from it. And although I know that
part of the depression symptom in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
is biochemical, there is a part of depression that we can
do something about - just by learning to think differently
about ourselves. And depression books can really can help…
… you never know - you might find comfort, inspiration, or
even hope in them!
If you are depressed, make sure you seek help from your
doctor.
