Talking
to someone about your fears, worries and
concerns can be very therapeutic and can
help to ease your depression.
You
might choose to talk to a close friend,
a relative, or perhaps to a counsellor,
or psychotherapist.
Whoever
you choose to talk to, it’s good to
get it out of your system, so talk about
it.
All
of that negative INNER TALK, worry, anxiety
and concern shouldn't be kept inside.
Get
it out and talk to someone about
it all.
If
your depression is severe however,
you should talk to your doctor immediately.
They will advise you on the best course
of action for recovery and might even prescribe
you medication
that could help alleviate your depression.
