Mimi's M.E. was created by Sleepydust Editor, Claire, who created her after doodling on a notebook one day. As a previously quite severely-affected sufferer herself, Claire
found that there were many characteristics and experiences common
to living with the illness, that could be depicted in a cartoon.
After doodling 'The ME/CFS Uniform',
she went on to draw quite a few more cartoons (many of which still
