Acupuncture For Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Jacinta's experiences

Here is my acupuncture review as a sufferer of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...
I have tried Acupuncture to try and alleviate my chronic back muscle pain. I had approximately 3 sessions.
The therapist had apparently worked with other Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers and was very good with relieving fatigue as well.
The Acupuncture was not painful at all. The needles are so thin and tiny you usually don't notice them. Sometimes it hurt but very minimally.
The therapist also used Moxa, which is where they burn what look like incense cones on points of your body. Both the needles and Moxa are meant to activate acupressure points that relate to different parts of the body.
I found it to be quite relaxing but it was not beneficial for my muscle pain, nor for my fatigue levels. I think it is probably worth experiencing as I understand that it does work for some Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers, but if you're not really getting results relatively quickly, then I'd recommend trying something else.
