Helpful Or Interesting Stuff...
Magnetic Insoles - Review
Magnetic insoles have worked so well for me that
I thought that they were definitely worth reviewing for Sleepydust.
Living with ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia can be extremely lonely and isolating. The telephone can become a lifeline, but it can be extremely expensive too. Especially if you make a lot of international calls...
Well, here's a cool freebie that will hopefully brighten your day.
I discovered Skype a while ago and now I'm hooked. Why? Because it allows you to make free voice calls to anyone in the world.
Not bad eh?
All you need to do is install the free Skype software on your computer and away you go. It's very easy to use. And you can speak to anyone, anywhere in the world, who is also on Skype. For free.
If your friends and family are new to Skype, then all they need to do is install the free software and hey presto! You can chat to your nearest and dearest, for as long as you want, no matter where they are in the world.
How cool is that???
You can get the Skype software (and lots of other cool stuff) for free in the Google Pack. (You get to choose the software you wish to download, so make sure you tick the 'Skype' check box.)
Just click on the Google Pack link below to download Skype:

What's Your Verdict On...
.. treatments and therapies for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia?
Let's face it. Trying to decide which treatment or therapy to
go for can be a very confusing business. There are so
many bogus claims and miracle cures out there. Which should you
go for?
Well, that's where you can help...
Every sufferer is likely to have tried at least one
treatment or therapy. Which ones have you tried?
And can you share your experiences with Sleepydust, to
help other sufferers decide whether it's right for them?
There's nothing like reading feedback from someone who's had
first-hand experience. Reading a review from someone
who's actually been there and done that, can
be 1000 times more helpful...
For example, your feedback can give someone the
courage to try a therapy that they had previously been skeptical
about.
Your feedback can inspire someone to try something
they might not otherwise have thought of.
Or, if your experience was negative, your feedback
can warn them off.
This is the kind of input that can only come from the sufferers
themselves...
... you.
So here's your opportunity to help others by sharing
your own experiences.
This is your chance to let rip. Rant. Rave. Tell Sleepydust what
you think...
Bob H's Story, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) Sufferer, UK
"I have suffered with ME for last 12 years. Up until the
problems first started I had a thriving accountancy practice
and had a good lifestyle with all the usual trappings. Nice
home and family - things couldn't be better."

Chicken Soup For The Sleepydust Soul...
A couple of weeks ago, Sleepydust launched this little gem.
But in case you missed this section's launch, here's the lowdown
again...
ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia can be very disabling, confusing, and lonely illnesses to live with. They are believed to be physical illnesses. But if you suffer from ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia then you'll know only too well just how dramatically they can affect every aspect of your life. Not only physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
You may have heard of the 'Chicken Soup' range of self-help books that have become so famous. Well Sleepydust thought we'd have our own 'Chicken Soup'-like section: It's all about feeling good and giving you the warm and fuzzies!
You may think this is a flippant addition to the ezine but Sleepydust has learned that feeling good about yourself, having fun, laughing, and thinking positively really can help to lift your morale and can even help to improve your quality of life, no matter how ill you are.
You can never have too much laughter and happiness in your life. That's Sleepydust's motto! But...
...we all know how difficult this can be when you're feeling so ill. So, this section is here to 'kick start' your week!
Have fun. Feel good. De-stress. It's important guys!
This Week's Chicken Soup For The Sleepydust Soul...
Quote Of The Week
"If you are distressed by anything external,
the pain is not due to the thing itself but to your own estimate
of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment."

And Don't Forget...
The following sections and resources are always here to help you...
What's YOUR Story?
ME/CFS and FMS seems to deal a different hand to every sufferer.
What's your story?
Reading about someone else's experiences can help a sufferer
to feel less alone. It can help them to realize that there
really are others out there, who are going through the
same thing, and who are experiencing similar ups and downs, similar
hopes and frustrations.
Those first hand accounts of people who have been
through it, or are going through it, can help immensely.
It can give others courage. It can show others that you are
not alone.
Did you feel you had to fight to get diagnosed?
Have you been faced with skepticism from your doctor? Do you feel
misunderstood by those around you?
Or perhaps you're blessed with an understanding and supportive
network of friends and family? Maybe you're on the
road to recovery, yourself? Maybe you see your cup half-full
as opposed to half-empty, and see the positives.
Everyone's got a story to tell. Can you spare a few minutes to
share yours?
Maybe your words will help someone else out there to
feel less alone today...
Here's a freebie for you! A top notch meditation program are giving away free demo CDs (worth $29.95 USD) and reports.
According to Bill Harris, in Mind Chatter, The National Institutes of Health reports that regular meditation reduces chronic pain, anxiety, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and stress hormone production.
And a University of Wisconsin-Madison study discovered that meditation boosts the immune system and brain function.
The demo CD gives you some background information on how the audio meditation program works, and more importantly, it provides you with a few minutes of the meditation audio for you to try out.
So it's definitely worth looking into.
I liked what I heard on the demo CD. So much so, that I eventually bought Holosync for myself. I really love it. Very much recommended.
ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia can be very lonely illnesses to live
with.
Now you can find friendship and support at Sleepydust's
community at MySpace. Yep! Sleepydust is now officially
on MySpace and Sleepydust wants to meet YOU!
We're hoping to connect other Sleepydusters and ME / Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome / Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
sufferers around the world, via our MySpace page.
So...
What are you waiting for? Come take a look...
It'd be great to meet some of you, so be sure to come along and
say hi!
Please note that when Sleepydust refers to ME/CFS
in this ezine, Sleepydust is also referring to M.E., CFS, PVFS
and CFIDS, since these all (arguably) fall under the umbrella-term
'ME/CFS'.
