Welcome From Sleepydust!
A big hello to you!
And a very warm welcome to those of you who have subscribed since
the last issue! :-)

the ME/CFS & FMS communities, and lots more interesting stuff
too...
If you have Fibromyalgia then be sure to check
out the 'Spotlight' section on Glyconutrients. It certainly makes
for interesting reading!
And, as always, we want to hear from you!
This week, it's all about acupuncture. If you've tried acupuncture for your ME/CFS or FMS, then we'd love to hear from you. Whether your experiences have been good, bad, or neutral - your experiences might well help someone else who's considering it. So don't forget to take a look at the 'Get Stuck In' section to.... err..... get stuck in!
Hoping you enjoy this week's issue!
Wishing you the best in health,
Claire

Spotlight On ...
What Is The "Glyconutrients and Fibromyalgia Miracle"
All About?
Glyconutrients are very important for your well-being, and it
seems that they are particularly important if you have Fibromyalgia.
Some people have even referred to glyconutrients as a "Fibromyalgia
miracle"...
This is where Sleepydust wants to hear from you...
What's Your Verdict On...
.. acupuncture for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia?
Have you tried acupuncture? Can you share your experiences with Sleepydust, to
help other sufferers decide whether it's right for them?
There's nothing like reading feedback from someone who's had
first-hand experience. Reading a review from someone
who's actually been there and done that, can
be 1000 times more helpful. But this is the kind of input that can only come from the sufferers
themselves...
... you.
So here's your opportunity to help others by sharing
your own experiences of acupuncture.
This is your chance to let rip. Rant. Rave. Tell Sleepydust what
you think...
Robert's Story, Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome Sufferer, Belgium
"I got Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome in April, 1998. Not suprisingly, because I had a burned out condition the year before, but tried to keep on working. This will sound familiar I guess..."

Do You Want To Call Your Friends & Family... For Free?
What if you could telephone people, all over the world... for free? Well now you can...
Living with ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia can be extremely lonely and isolating. The telephone can become a lifeline, but it can be extremely expensive too. Especially if you make a lot of international calls...
Well, here's a cool freebie that will hopefully brighten your day.
All you need to do is install the free Skype software on your computer and away you go. It's very easy to use. And you can speak to anyone, anywhere in the world, who is also on Skype. For free.
If your friends and family are new to Skype, then all they need to do is install the free software and hey presto! You can chat to your nearest and dearest, for as long as you want, no matter where they are in the world.
How cool is that???
You can get the Skype software (and lots of other cool stuff) for free in the Google Pack. (You get to choose the software you wish to download, so make sure you tick the 'Skype' check box.)
Just click on the Google Pack link below to download Skype:
Make Friends & Get In Touch With Other Sufferers
ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia can be very lonely illnesses to live
with.
We're hoping to connect other Sleepydusters and ME / Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome / Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
sufferers around the world, via our MySpace page.
So...
What are you waiting for? Come take a look...
It'd be great to meet some of you, so be sure to come along and
say hi!
Please note that when Sleepydust refers to ME/CFS
in this ezine, Sleepydust is also referring to M.E., CFS, PVFS
and CFIDS, since these all (arguably) fall under the umbrella-term
'ME/CFS'.
