Welcome From Sleepydust!
A big hello to you!
And a very warm welcome to those of you who have subscribed since
the last issue! :-)
This issue of the Sleepydust Emagazine brings you more news from
the ME/CFS & FMS communities, and lots more interesting stuff
too...
If you would like to learn more about the basics of ME/ Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome then be sure to check out the 'Spotlight' section
on the causes of ME/CFS. It certainly makes for
interesting reading!
Plus there's another cool freebie for you - this
time it's software to help protect your computer from nasty viruses
and attacks. Look out for it in the 'Helpful Or Interesting
Stuff' section.
And, as always, we want to hear from you!
This week, we're getting controversial... it's all about Graded
Exercise Therapy. We've all heard about GET - while some doctors
believe it's great for treating ME/CFS, others say it can be harmful
and should be approached with caution. Nice and confusing!
So how about we bring it down to grass roots level, and share our
own experiences of Graded Exercise Therapy with each other? There's
nothing like first hand experience, after all.
So if you've tried Graded Exercise Therapy
for your ME/CFS or FMS, then we'd love to hear from you. Whether
your experiences have been good, bad, or neutral - your experiences
might well help someone else who's considering it. So don't forget
to take a look at the 'Get Stuck In' section to.... err..... get
stuck in!
Hoping you enjoy this week's issue!
Wishing you the best in health,
Claire

Spotlight On ...
The Causes Of ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...
Experts and researchers seem to suggest that there are numerous
possible causes of ME/CFS.
It's a sad fact... it's the Wild, Wild West out there
in cyber space. There are lots of nasty viruses out there that
can mess up your computer, and everyone you contact too.
And when you have ME/CFS or FMS, your computer can often become
your connection to the big wide world. So it makes sense to protect
your computer. In fact, in this day and age, it's
a must.
So here's another cool freebie for you...
You may have heard of 'Norton'. They have become one of the established
leaders in providing software that protects your computer from
nasty viruses. And now you can get their 'security scan' software
for free!
The free software detects viruses and internet worms on your
computer and gets rid of them for you.
You can get the Norton Security Scan software (and lots
of other cool stuff) for free in the Google Pack.
(You get to choose the software you wish to download, so make
sure you tick the 'Norton Security Scan' check box.)
Just click on the Google Pack link below to download Norton
Security Scan for free:

What's Your Verdict On...
.. Graded Exercise Therapy for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia?
Have you tried Graded Exercise Therapy? Can
you share your experiences with Sleepydust, to help other sufferers
decide whether it's right for them?
Did you feel it helped you? Harmed you? Did it make any difference
at all?
There's nothing like reading feedback from someone who's had
first-hand experience. Reading a review from someone
who's actually been there and done that, can
be 1000 times more helpful. But this is the kind of input that can only come from the sufferers
themselves...
... you.
So here's your opportunity to help others by sharing
your own experiences of Graded Exercise Therapy.
This is your chance to let rip. Rant. Rave. Tell Sleepydust what
you think...

Make Friends & Get In Touch With Other Sufferers
ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia can be very lonely illnesses to live
with.
We're hoping to connect other Sleepydusters and ME / Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome / Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
sufferers around the world, via our MySpace page.
So...
What are you waiting for? Come take a look...
It'd be great to meet some of you, so be sure to come along and
say hi!
Please note that when Sleepydust refers to ME/CFS
in this ezine, Sleepydust is also referring to M.E., CFS, PVFS
and CFIDS, since these all (arguably) fall under the umbrella-term
'ME/CFS'.
