Welcome From Sleepydust!
A big hello to you!
And a very warm welcome to those of you who have subscribed since
the last issue! :-)
This issue of the Sleepydust Emagazine brings you more news from
the ME/CFS & FMS communities, and lots more interesting stuff
too...
This week we're asking Sleepydusters to help us raise awareness
through our free video. What's great is that it's really
easy to show your support.
You see, our aim is to get the free ME/CFS video onto YouTube's
'Top Rated' page. Yep I know... it's a tall order. But we can
get there with your help!
Every vote counts.
Your vote can make a real difference.
It just takes a couple of minutes to do and it's easy. All you
need to do is register on YouTube (which is free) and cast your
vote. And then that's it: You can sit back knowing you've helped
Sleepydust take one step further in spreading the word about living
with ME/CFS.
So please be sure to check out the 'Get Stuck In!' section
in this issue, for how you can show your support!
Hoping you enjoy this week's issue, everyone.
Wishing you the best in health,
Claire

Spotlight On ...
Pacing - What's It All About?
Pacing is one of the most commonly accepted ways of managing
ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But what is it all about?
Check this page out - it's quite a long read, but well worth
it, I think.
As a ME/CFS sufferer, you depend even more on filling your body
with immune-system enhancing, energy-boosting nutrients - so your
diet is reeeeeeeaally important...
When it comes to ME/CFS and FMS, I believe that de-stressing
and relaxation is crucial to our well-being. I got so sick of
that 'tired-but-wired' feeling that I looked into meditation
techniques.
I ended up trying loads of different meditation and relaxation
CDs, and wasn't really impressed with any of them.
I can't remember how I stumbled across Holosync, but I'm glad
I am. The downside is that it's quite pricey (be warned). But
as someone who places a great deal of importance on de-stressing,
and as someone who has tried loads of different relaxation CDs,
Holosync wins hands down.
This is where Sleepydust wants to hear from you...
Please Help Raise Awareness... Vote!
As you may or may not know, the free Sleepydust ME/CFS video
is now on YouTube.
But now we need YOUR help! We need your votes!
YouTube is a great place to raise the profile of ME/CFS. It has
become one of the most visited sites in the world. And we're hoping
that our free educational ME/CFS video will really help to spread
the word about the condition. And ideally, we'd like to get onto
YouTube's 'Top Rated' page.
But that's an awful lot of votes that we need!
So here's the deal:
Help us to get this video seen by more people!
It can't be easier and it will take seconds to do. Just...
.... and give us a 5 star rating (check out the small red stars
underneath)!
The more 5-star votes we get, the higher we can raise the profile
about ME/CFS, the more people we can inform. So please take a
few seconds to vote. And if you'd like to leave a comment then
all the better!
If you would like to help even more, please ask your friends
and family to vote for the video too. Heck - tell everyone you
know!
Get voting guys! Let's spread the word, raise the profile of
ME/CFS, and get the WORLD to notice! :-)

Make Friends & Get In Touch With Other Sufferers
ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia can be very lonely illnesses to live
with.
We're hoping to connect other Sleepydusters and ME / Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome / Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
sufferers around the world, via our MySpace page.
So...
What are you waiting for? Come take a look...
It'd be great to meet some of you, so be sure to come along and
say hi!
Please note that when Sleepydust refers to ME/CFS
in this ezine, Sleepydust is also referring to M.E., CFS, PVFS
and CFIDS, since these all (arguably) fall under the umbrella-term
'ME/CFS'.
