Fibromyalgia: Zoloft For Pain And Zanaflex For Sleep

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia ten years ago because I had all 18 tender points active. Zoloft is the only thing I've found that really makes a difference in my pain levels. If I lower the dosage too much, I am in constant pain.
Zoloft doesn't help with sleep or being tired, but it does help with the pain. I take generic Zanaflex for sleep. The smallest dosage. It works most nights, but I don't always sleep long enough. Once I wake up, I am wide awake, but then I frequently have to have a nap later, sometimes a very long nap.
I mainly have the fatigue while my Zoloft levels are correct.
Hope this info helps someone with choices.
