Review for Fibronol
I took Fibronol for a month, which was 2 tablets 3 times a day.
I should also mention that I am undergoing Mickel Therapy [more...]
at the moment as well.
Prior to taking Fibronol, it took me 2-3 hours to get to sleep
each night due to muscle / joint pain, and then I would sleep for
about 7-8 hours occasionally waking up once during the night. I
would always feel quite physically fatigued during the day, for
example I could not walk further than 50 yards without feeling fatigue,
so I'd have to take wheelchairs when out food shopping/going
down the high street etc.
My cognitive abilities were such that I was able to do ~3/4 hours
work (from home) per day without feeling mental fatigue. I did have
a mild sensitivity to light, but not so much to noise. I didn't
suffer particularly from headaches, colds, Irritable Bowel Syndrome
(IBS) or swollen glands.
During the first week of taking Fibronol, I felt more physically
energetic than I have since before I was ill. The all too familiar
'tired-but-wired' buzz had been replaced by a more natural physical
awakeness, which confounded my mind slightly, and so for that week
I also experienced a greater mental fatigue (which also probably
had something to do with taking the Fibronol). It was a more 'heady'
and 'out-of-it' feeling, rather than 'foggy',
as if I had bad head cold, and my eyes also felt very heavy, as
if I'd had no sleep.
However, I was actually able to get to sleep within 15 mins of
getting to bed, but would still occasionally wake up during the
night. I was consequently able to sleep for an extra 2-3 hours each
night.
After this first week thankfully, this mental fatigue alleviated
which was replaced by my normal cognitive functioning abilities.
My sleep patterns established in the initial week continued for
the remainder of the month, as did my lack of physical fatigue.
I continued to feel a great deal more energetic, such that the only
fatigue I would experience when walking around a supermarket was
mental. My energy levels were so much higher, and I was able to
do so much more than before.
I'd also started going for half-mile runs, and feeling 'healthy'
tired afterwards (and maybe a bit mentally), not CFS-tired. My family
and friends all commented on how much better I'd been, and
how much more like my 'normal self' I was.
I don't intend this review to advocate Fibronol as the long-awaited
cure for ME/ Chronic Fatigue Syndome and/or Fibromyalgia, I just
want to list the facts and let the reader make their own decision
from what hopefully is an un-biased source. I do not know to what
extent Mickel Therapy contributed to the recent improvement in my
health.
Surprisingly, once I had finished the course of Fibronol, my physical
energy levels and fatigue did not restore theirselves to what they'd
been before. I am still able to walk around a supermarket/down the
high street and go for half-mile runs. However, it has only been
two weeks since I finished the course.
If I were you, I'd definitely give Fibronol a shot, but only
buy one bottle to start with, because that's all your body
may need.
