Holosync Meditation Program Review 2
Below is a review of the holosync meditation
program demo CD ...
Well I've finally taken the plunge and ordered it!
I've been thinking about buying it ever since I listened
to Holosync's
free demo CD. On the free demo CD
they basically tell you all about how their
meditation technology works. They have testimonials, and
for the last 6 minutes, they give
you a 'sample' of their technology,
without any talking over the top. They say that the sample is not
quite as strong (a more 'diluted' version) of what you get if you
actually buy the actual Holosync Awakening
Prologue.
Apparently Holosync is proprietary technology
and I can believe that, because it's the
first audio meditation program that has actually made a really noticeable
difference to me (I'm talking about the 6 minute sample in
their free demo CD - what they call the 'diluted' version of their
Holosync technology.)
You know that tired-yet-wired feeling
(or exhausted would be a better
word) ME/CFS sufferers get... I can have it so bad that I just never
feel relaxed - not one part of my body. I am constantly
tense. What struck me when I first tried the demo CD was
how my legs started to relax pretty much straight away when I listened
to that sample. Wierd.
Anyway, I've finally decided to order it and give it a go and.
If this meditation program works...
if it's as easy as they say
it is - then it certainly sounds like it's worth its weight
in gold, even though it's extremely pricey.
I must admit that I have tried 'conventional' meditation techniques,
but to no real avail. And some other meditation CDs I've tried have
had a slight effect but not to
the extent I'd like. And these guys say you
can reach a meditative state deeper than a zen monk's - just
by playing their CD for an hour each day,
on headphones... so what do I have to lose?
So why do I want to be able to meditate?
Several reasons, but my main reason is that I want to
deal with stress better. Holosync, I hope, will help me to
manage the ME/CFS better. Right now, the slightest thing goes wrong
(and I mean slightest) and I still
don't cope with it very well physically. I've realised that this
factor needs to be changed. And for me, all
roads seem to point to meditation, no matter how I ignore
the signs.
And I want to be able to THINK! I seem to be a person that just
has trouble with stopping and just 'being'.
I am much better than I used to be, but I want to be even better
at it...
Doing nothing and just thinking.
Objectively 'watching' your thoughts float along, and feeling unattached
and neutral about them. Appreciating
the pause inbetween the thoughts. I believe that that's
when your path unfolds clearly in front of you. That's when your
imagination sets alight and calmness pervades your body. So that's
why I'm ready to try Holosync, and I have to admit, I'm quite excited
about it. In fact, I can't wait. I'll keep you posted..
