This
is definitely on my ‘Top 10’ list of books
for CFS/FMS sufferers. 
When
I bought this book, it really opened my eyes. I usually
find it boring to read about the body, supplements
and nutrition, but this book is different…
…it
gives you that information… but in the context
of how it relates to fatigue, exhaustion,
and energy, and revitalising
yourself.
As
a CFS/PVFS sufferer myself,
I have followed a lot of the advice from this book
and have felt much better when I take the
‘Energy Pack’ (L-Carnitine and
Co-Enzyme Q10) in the doses suggested in the book
(pricey but good).
It's
not a cure, but anything that makes me feel
better gets the thumbs up! 
What
I like about the book is that, depending on your symptoms
– exhaustion, brain fog, and so forth - the
author suggests different types of ‘Energy Packs’
(different doses, additional supplements, and different
times to take the supplements).
So
you can really tailor a supplement program
to suit your precise needs.
When
you read this book, you come away with a better understanding
of how your body produces energy
and which supplements you can take
to help your body’s energy-making process.
